7-day returns
Request a return within 7 days of delivery by emailing usamamushtaq1010@gmail.com with your order number. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, complete with all components, and in their original packaging.
If your kit is damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing a component, contact us with a description and clear photos where helpful. These issues are handled separately from change-of-mind returns; opening a kit to discover a defect does not automatically disqualify it.
Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. Customers cover change-of-mind return delivery; First Wonder covers approved returns for faulty or incorrect items. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible. For COD orders, we agree a suitable refund method with you. We confirm the processing timeline when approving the refund.
Cancellation requests received before dispatch will be handled where possible. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law.
